The invention is for a new type of cleaning agent for equipment in the dairy industry. The cleaning agents are two types: an acidic cleaning agent and an alkaline cleaning agent.
The acidic cleaning agent contains the following components:
10-40% nitric acid
1-15% phosphoric acid
0.1-1% acid chelating agent
55-85% water

14-39% sodium hydroxide
0.1-1% alkaline chelating agent
60-85% water
The alkaline chelating agent in the alkaline cleaning agent is composed of the following components:
1-15% potassium hydroxide
0.01-11% EDTA
0.01-0.5% DTPA
74-95% water
The acidic cleaning agent is effective at removing milk fat and protein from the surfaces of dairy equipment. The alkaline cleaning agent is effective at removing milk salts and other inorganic deposits from the surfaces of dairy equipment.
The cleaning agents are safe to use and do not leave any harmful residues on the equipment. They are also effective at killing bacteria, which helps to prevent the spread of disease.
